This is an excellent overview of the work done, at that time, towards understanding the potential relationships between music, the human nervous system, human evolution, and even the Physics of the Cosmos. I use excepts from the video to contextualize the presented concepts within my own model of Music, Ritual, and the Ecstatic Experience. As part of my course, I insist that each student purchase a copy of video.
Once I complete the course I will put the video series behind a pay wall except for the basic Introduction and the Introduction to Music and Neurology. However, until then- here they are as I complete them, enjoy.
